    Privacy

    firstparty.pl is a simple information page. It has no forms, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party trackers.

    Controller

    Visiting the site

    When you open the site, our hosting provider (Netlify, Inc.) processes technical data in server logs, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request. We use it only to deliver the site and keep it secure, on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are kept for a short period set by the provider.

    Emailing us

    If you write to hello@firstparty.pl, we process your email address, name and the content of your message to reply and continue the conversation, on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or to take steps before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep it for as long as the conversation lasts and then until any related claims become time-barred. Our email is hosted by Google Workspace (Google Ireland Ltd).

    Cookies and storage

    We don’t use cookies. If you choose a language with the PL / EN switch, your browser remembers that choice (localStorage, key fp-lang) so the site opens in that language next time. It never leaves your device, and you can clear it in your browser settings.

    Recipients and transfers

    Data is shared only with the providers named above, acting on our behalf. They may process it outside the European Economic Area; such transfers rely on the safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

    Your rights

    You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Just write to hello@firstparty.pl. You can also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa). Providing data is voluntary. We don’t make automated decisions or profile anyone.
